This is a rare, slightly dry rosé wine that is a blend of Koshu, an indigenous variety from Katsunuma, and Kai Noir, which was bred by the Yamanashi Prefecture Fruit Tree Experiment Station.
The citrus aroma derived from Koshu and the spice scent of Kai Noir spread slightly, and the mild sweetness harmonizes with the fruit flavor to create a mellow taste.
